Are all prices listed on the website set? Can I receive discounts for larger projects?
With high volume orders, we are often able to offer discounted prices. We ask that you e-mail Casa Flooring to make any purchases. By giving us a more extensive list of the materials you will be needing, we can work with you one-on-one to make sure we get you the best possible deals.
Do Casa Flooring Inc. products and services come with a warranty?

What is Casa Flooring's Return Policy?
Returns are only accepted on stock items within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you bring the material along with your receipt to our physical location at 3873 E. Craig Rd. Suite #6. No returns on Special Order Products and Clearance Items. A restocking fee may be charged for larger quantities.
Does Casa Flooring offer installation services?
Casa Flooring Inc. is a flooring product distributor only. We do not offer any installation services but we may be able to recommend a trusted licensed contractor dependent on their availability.
Can I exchange my flooring?
In-stock items may be exchanged for different flooring products but a restocking fee may be applied.
What are my payment options for larger projects?
For larger projects you are able to pay half of the total cost at the time of the order and the remaining cost at the time the products are picked up or any time prior over the phone.
